As a transformational global development consultant, Devin brings deep experience as a founder and CEO, during which she brewed the coffee, led a team of 350+ staff/trainers, and did everything in between.

Devin brings two decades of NGO leadership to her consulting practice and is an expert in women’s entrepreneurship in developing country contexts. She was the founder and CEO of Street Business School, an entrepreneurship training program for women living in extreme poverty which was proven to triple their incomes. Devin and her team scaled the program from one country to 30 through a social franchise model partnering with local NGOs that was recognized for the marriage of data and local ingenuity. Previous to that, she founded and led BeadforLife, a multi-million-dollar social enterprise based in Uganda where she resided for five years. Devin brings on-the-ground perspective to strategy, building effective-global teams, and creating world-class NGOs.

Devin also served on the Board of Directors of InterAction, the largest association of US based NGOs, representing $15 billion dollars in annual funding. She has a track record of delivering significant and measurable progress, creating and using KPIs to transparently monitor change and guide decision making. Above all, she believes in the power of relationships to amplify dignity, accelerate impact, and change the world.
